We recruit the majority of our models and hostesses from the pageants, as we really get to know the girls and see how they work with others. With Platinum, personality is extremely important and we cannot send unknown applicants out on jobs without having been interviewed, approved then trained.
Due to the busy nature of the business, we cannot possibly reply to everyone who contacts us, but please do keep an eye on the Platinum Promotions Facebook page as we hold two recruitment open days twice a year – which is open to anyone to attend.
What do we look for?
Platinum staff are renowned for their friendly, energetic personalities and immaculate presentation. We expect Platinum applicants to be well spoken, intelligent, enthusiastic and above all reliable. We do not under any circumstances tolerate let downs, and without genuine proof of emergency, it is a one strike and out policy.
In exchange for the best opportunities in the area, ongoing training and mentoring, advice and exposure we ask that Platinum staff are social media savvy and conduct themselves in a reserved, credible manner at all times. Platinum staff are self employed agents, therefore you MUST be willing to pay your own tax & NI.
Our assignments vary from fashion & editorial work, to data capture, leafleting, motorsport modelling & lots more, so we expect models to be versatile & willing to try new things.
